This is the annex of
a main villa situated in a large ground bordering on the estate
of the famous Villa Reale of Lucca ,in the hills around Marlia,
an area well-known for the presences of some of the most prestigeus
villas in the area of Lucca. The annex has been completely
renovated and enclosed by a large laurel hedge just a few
metres from the beautiful swimming-pool .
The furnishings consist of antique forniture and the property
comes equipped with many accessories: heating,telephone,internet
access, stereo, dvd player,satellite tv,dishwasher,washing
machine, microwave oven…
In the private external area under a pergola guests have the
use of an area furnished for dining outside,as well as a large
sun bathing terrace, part of the large garden and a car parking
area.
The old town centre of Lucca is about 5 kms away, while Versilia’s
beaches can be reached in about 30 minutees by car. |
